Red Bull TV's new documentary series Padel Life turned its cameras on Delfina Brea for its second episode, tracing the Argentine's path from a homesick teenager to the top of the women's game.
From Buenos Aires to Madrid
Brea left Argentina at 17 to chase a career in Spain, where she still lives and trains today. The episode follows her return to Buenos Aires for a Premier Padel event and revisits the years of adjustment that came before her breakthrough.
"For me and for my whole family, it took us a long time to get to a home where we felt happy," Brea said at the premiere, held Wednesday at the Sala Equis cinema in Madrid.
A No. 1 story worth telling
Brea, now 26, sits at world No. 1 in the women's rankings alongside partner Gemma Triay. Padel Life is a joint production from Premier Padel and Red Bull TV built around the tour's biggest names, and the Brea episode went live on Red Bull TV on Saturday, September 19.
