Premier Padel and FIP Name Sportradar Official Integrity Partner for 2027

Premier Padel and the International Padel Federation have appointed Sportradar as the tour's official betting integrity partner. The move pairs Sportradar's monitoring tools with iGame Media, which becomes Premier Padel's exclusive partner for betting technology and distribution.

What the Deal Covers

Starting with the 2027 season, regulated sportsbooks will be able to offer official betting products built on in-venue umpire data and low-latency live streaming from Premier Padel Tour matches. Sportradar will run its Universal Fraud Detection System, an AI tool that scans betting markets for patterns that could signal match-fixing, across the men's and women's Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour.

Why It Matters Now

Padel's rapid growth, record crowds this year in Paris and Buenos Aires among them, has made the sport a bigger target for regulated and unregulated betting markets alike. FIP already sits inside the World Anti-Doping Code and works with the International Testing Agency on doping controls and the International Olympic Committee on competition manipulation. Adding Sportradar folds betting integrity into that same framework.

FIP president Luigi Carraro framed integrity work as central to the sport's growth plans. Premier Padel chief executive David Sugden was more direct about the business logic behind it: "Partnerships like this generate revenues that we can reinvest in the professional game, our players, our events and the fan experience."

What Happens Next

Sportradar's integrity education program will also roll out to players and officials, part of a broader push to catch problems before they reach a scoreboard. Neither side disclosed financial terms of the agreement.
