Manquillo and Aguilar take the Belfast FIP Silver for a third title of the season

Leti Manquillo and Noemi Aguilar won the FIP Silver Bull Padel Cup in Belfast, beating second seeds Marina Lobo and Claudia Escacena 6-3, 6-2 in Sunday's women's final. It is the top seeds' third title together this season.

Straight sets in the final

The Spanish pair led the women's draw as No. 1 seeds and played like it when the trophy was on the line. They took the opening set 6-3, stayed in front through the second, and closed it out 6-2. Lobo and Escacena, seeded second, could not find a way back once Manquillo and Aguilar settled.

They earned the final

Getting there was tougher than the final scoreline suggests. In the semifinals Manquillo and Aguilar dropped the first set to Dominguez and Ortiz before turning the match around to win 3-6, 6-3, 6-3. Lobo and Escacena reached the final by getting past Bellver and Touly.

A third trophy in 2026

Belfast caps a strong stretch for the pair, who sit at No. 47 and No. 48 in the FIP ranking. They had already won the FIP Silver in Hoganas, Sweden, and the FIP Bronze in Siracusa, Italy. The Bull Padel Cup, part of the CUPRA FIP Tour, makes it three together this year.
