She just needs one more to stand alone. The Spaniard tied the all-time women's padel title record at the Milano P1 last weekend. Her 58th career title pulled her level with Gemma Triay and Ale Salazar at the top of the all-time list. She and partner Andrea Ustero beat Bea Gonzalez and Paula Josemaria 7-6, 6-3 in the final, their fifth title together this season. 'Es un honor compartirlo con dos leyendas como ellas,' Sanchez said afterward, calling it an honor to share the mark with two legends. ## The record math One more title changes everything. Win again and Sanchez moves to 59, clear of Triay and Salazar for the first time in her career. It is simple arithmetic, but it is the kind of number that will hang over every tournament she plays from here. ## Next stop, Kuwait The tour does not wait around. Premier Padel's next event is the Kuwait Major, upgraded to Major status for 2026 after the Qatar event was postponed. It is the third Major of the season after Rome and Paris, carrying 2,000 ranking points and more than a million euros in prize money for the champions. Sanchez and Ustero head there fresh off Milano, with the record now part of the conversation at every stop they make. Triay and Salazar built their shares of the record over long, decorated careers. Sanchez, 29, has been closing the gap for years, and Milano turned that chase into a tie. Kuwait is simply the next chance to settle it outright. ## FAQ ### How many career titles does Ari Sanchez have now? 58, after winning the Milano P1 with Andrea Ustero.
